HLC Executive at private aviation terminal

Private aviation service

How private aviation pickup differs

Different airport. Different protocol.

Plane-side pickup

Your chauffeur clears FBO security and meets you at the aircraft. Bags transfer directly from baggage hold to trunk.

Tail-number coordination

We track your specific tail number, not a commercial flight. Your driver adjusts for early or late wheels-down without a call.

Crew coordination

We brief with your flight crew on arrival timing, FBO entry procedures, and any specific requests (champagne in the car, paperwork waiting).

Discrete protocol

No name-sign at FBO; staff already know who’s arriving. Trained on confidentiality — no driver social media, no badge selfies, no exception.

VIP-grade vehicles only

Executive Sedan (Mercedes S-Class) or Cadillac Escalade for FBO arrivals. Sprinter for groups. Sedan is reserved for non-aviation rides.

Connecting-leg coordination

If you’re continuing to a downtown meeting and back to the FBO, we hold the chauffeur and vehicle for the round-trip — no second pickup.

Private aviation FAQ

Common questions

Do you have FBO badges?

Yes — our chauffeurs hold current FBO ramp access at IAH and Hobby for plane-side pickup. Other FBOs are gated entry, which we coordinate per arrival.

What info do you need to book?

Tail number (e.g. N123ABC), FBO name, aircraft type if known, expected wheels-down time, number of passengers, and bags. We’ll handle the rest.

What if our flight is delayed?

We track the tail number on FlightAware. Wheels-up adjustments and re-routes auto-update your pickup. No call needed unless you want to add a stop or change destination.

Can you stage at the FBO before arrival?

Yes — for fractional and customer-flying-with-VIP situations we can have the chauffeur and vehicle staged at the FBO before wheels-down. Lets your team disembark and roll without any wait.

Do you bill the operator or the passenger?

Either. We work with most major fractional operators (NetJets, Flexjet, VistaJet, etc.) on a master billing relationship. Or we bill the passenger directly via card on file.

What about international arrivals at private terminals?

Customs at FBOs runs faster than commercial — typically 5-15 minutes after wheels-down. We coordinate with your flight crew and FBO on Customs clearance timing.
