Common questions
What's the minimum?▾
2 hours for Sedan, Executive Sedan, SUV, and Escalade. 3 hours for Sprinter (the larger vehicle costs more to deploy). Most clients book 4–6 hours for event days.
Does the time start when I'm picked up?▾
Yes. The clock starts at your scheduled pickup time and ends when you’re dropped at your final destination. Idle wait time at stops is included — your chauffeur stays with the vehicle.
Can I extend in the middle of the day?▾
Absolutely. Just tell your chauffeur. Extensions are billed at the same hourly rate, prorated by the quarter-hour.
Is gratuity included?▾
Yes — 20% standard gratuity plus 3% fuel surcharge are baked into the rates shown above. The price you see is the price you pay.
What if I need a vehicle for a full day?▾
Day rates available — call dispatch at (346) 244-1386. Typical 8-hour day (all-in): Sedan ≈ $936, SUV ≈ $1184, Escalade ≈ $1480, Sprinter ≈ $1920.
Can the chauffeur drive me out of Houston?▾
Yes — out-of-town hourly works for trips to Austin, Galveston, College Station, etc. Mileage may apply for very long routes; we’ll quote up front.
