How far in advance should I book?▾
Same-day works for most rides — call dispatch and we’ll see what’s available. For weekends, gamedays, prom, and event weeks (e.g. NRG concerts, Rodeo) we recommend 48 hours notice.
Can I add a stop on the way?▾
Yes. Add the stop in the booking notes, or just tell your chauffeur. Short stops (under 10 min) are usually free. Longer stops may push you into the hourly rate — we’ll tell you ahead of time.
What if my plans run long at dinner / the venue?▾
No problem. Your chauffeur waits — most P2P bookings include free wait at dropoff for return rides. For predictable longer waits, we recommend hourly charter.
Do you go outside Greater Houston?▾
Yes — Galveston, College Station, Austin, San Antonio, Dallas. Out-of-town rides are quoted by mileage; call dispatch.
Can I book a one-way drop and have the same chauffeur for the return later?▾
Yes — let us know in the booking notes and we’ll assign the same driver for both legs if their schedule allows.

Greater Houston grouped into three pricing tiers based on distance and traffic. Inner tier covers Downtown, Galleria, River Oaks, Med Center. Mid covers Memorial, Sugar Land, Energy Corridor, Pearland. Outer covers Katy, Woodlands, Cypress, Spring, Clear Lake.
